Elite Intl. Barcelona Golf Academy (EIBGA) has taken a big step forward in its project with the signing of an agreement with Agora International School Barcelona, whereby the academy of the Club de Golf Barcelona becomes the official golf centre for students of the group of schools that wish to train in this sport.
At the signing of the agreement, last February, were Gerard Valls, Director of Agora Barcelona; Marc Andreu, Sports Program Academic Advisor of the NACE Schools Group; and Carlos Vivas, Founder, Director and golf coach of the EIBGA.
The Agora International group of schools, which has some 50 centres around the world, has decided to assign an international sports program specific to each sport in its most appropriate schools.
The high performance junior golf program of the EIBGA already had a relationship with Agora International School Barcelona, at Sant Esteve Sesrovires (Barcelona), for the academic study of those of its students who require it, with the great advantage that the centre is right next door to Club de Golf Barcelona.
But the new agreement means one more step, since now Agora Barcelona has been assigned the specific international golf sports program by the group. This means that any student of the group of schools around the world that seeks to combine his or her studies with high performance golf training, will find in Agora Barcelona and the EIBGA a perfect alliance.
